Level 3 Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of care and education for all children and working with all members of staff to ensure the smooth operation of day to day running of the nursery.

As a Level 3 Practitioner, you will be responsible for:

✅Acting as a designated key person for an allocated number of children.

✅Observe, plan and assess children’s learning and development within the EYFS framework.

✅Developing positive partnerships with parents children and staff.

✅Improve and develop all physical aspects and environments.

✅To retain and motivate staff input, development and productivity through good management practice, incentives, training and a good work environment.

✅Expose Children to the widest range of appropriate learning materials and situations as possible.

As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Nursery Manager in the daily running of the setting, providing the highest level of care and education for all children, as well as building positive working relationships with the children, staff, parents and carers.

At Abeona Warkton, we are a close-knit team that goes above and beyond to create a family feel in our nursery. Our facilities provide state-of-the-art security throughout, giving our parents complete peace of mind as to the safety of their precious children.

Our team is highly qualified in all aspects of childcare, including Level 3 Practitioners up to Degree Level. We continually invest in our team and provide opportunities to further their knowledge and development which maintains their motivation, commitment and enjoyment.
